At Just a moment..., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
